Who We Are 

My name is Sheree Higgins and I have been the Executive Director for Precious Memories Early Childhood Learning Center for over 20 years. 

Precious Memories is a NAEYC Accredited program (National Association for the Education of Young Children). 
program continues to focus on the well-being of each child within the program. We believe that parents should have peace of mind when they leave their child in our care, and we assure them that their child is safe and secure within our environment. 

I believe the importance of Early Childhood development is crucial in that it takes skillful teachers to support the emotional, social, and physical development of young children. These areas of development have a direct effect on a child’s overall growth toward adulthood. Fostering these milestones will lay a foundation for our young children to become strong leaders no matter where they are from. Our program seek teachers that have the same views and are ready to provide support in meeting all children’s individual needs.
